Your next patient is 42 year-old-gentleman who has been feeling increasingly tired over the last month, with occasional night sweats and abdominal fullness.

Please perform a lymph node examination on the patient and a focused abdominal examination.

After your examination please answer all the questions.

You do NOT need to take a history.
